A hinged support table at the infeed. It carries the sheet as far as the rollers, so the material does not have to be held by hand.

Designed for precision and high productivity, the machine combines automatic knife positioning, guillotine cross-cutting, and integrated straightening.
The system minimises manual setup and handling, ensuring consistent results across a wide range of thin sheet materials.
The process
Material runs off a coil. Coil widths from 210 up to 1250 mm, with automated feeding assistance.
A 4-roll unit with two motor-adjusted upper rolls straightens the sheet before cutting. Material-specific values are stored and selected via the HMI. A 6-roll straightening unit with three motor-adjusted upper rolls is available as an option.
Up to 8 pairs of circular knives slit the sheet into strips, down to 65 mm cut width. Positioning and clamping are fully automatic.
A guillotine shear cuts the slit strips to length in the same pass, with ±0.8 mm/m cutting precision.
The slitting unit carries up to 8 pairs of circular knives, with 5 pairs included as standard. Each pair is positioned and clamped automatically, so changing between cut widths requires no manual setup or tooling.
Automatic clamping keeps the knives precisely aligned, delivering consistent slits down to a 65 mm minimum cut width.
Blade clearance — the horizontal gap between the upper and lower knives — is set automatically from the stored material recipe. Selecting a saved material drives each knife to the correct lateral clearance, with no manual shimming or trial cuts.
Because the value comes from the saved settings, the same clearance is reproduced exactly every time that material runs.
Knife overlap — how deeply the upper and lower knives engage — is adjusted programmatically. Stored material recipes define the right overlap for each job, and the machine applies it automatically when the program is selected.
This keeps cut quality repeatable across changing thicknesses and material types, with no operator intervention between jobs.
